Tangible P(p)roducts and/or marketing materials returned by Associates within ten (10) days (thirty (30) days for Customers) after the purchase and receipt of the product, shall receive a 100% refund, less shipping and handling costs and restocking fee. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") issued through the Company. Associates and Customers are responsible for the costs of returning product to the Company within thirty (30) business days of receipt of the RMA, or the product will not be eligible for return.
Unless within the first thirty (30) days of initial enrollment as an Associate, requested refunds for product, which is in the form of services, that was purchased directly from YARDLABS must be requested within ten (10) days of purchase or within ten (10) days of first use or access by the Customer or Associate, whichever occurs sooner, and shall be subject to a ten percent (10%) administrative set-up fee. Refunds for P(p)roduct, in the form of services, purchased through a third-party must be sought directly such third-party and is subject to such third-party's return/refund policy.
YARDLABS monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns in all instances.
